Financing Terms & Conditions for ABC Kitchens

1. No interest or finance charges will be assessed as long as all payments are made on time. Late payments may incur fees as described below.


3. Required Maryland Disclosures (per Md. Code Ann., Com. Law § 12-606)

  • The cash price, down payment, unpaid balance, and total payments are shown above.
  • No insurance is included unless separately stated.
  • Collateral / Security Interest: Seller retains a security interest (purchase-money security interest) in the goods described above until the full balance is paid.
  • Prepayment: You may pay the full amount due at any time without penalty and receive a partial rebate of any unearned charges (none in this 0% plan).
  • Right to Cancel: You have an unconditional right to cancel this agreement and receive a full refund of all payments and deposits until you receive a signed copy of this agreement.


Notice to Buyer


  1. You are entitled to a copy of this agreement at the time you sign it.
  2. Under Maryland law regulating installment sales, you have certain rights, among others: (1) To pay off the full amount due in advance and obtain a partial rebate of the financing charge; (2) To redeem the property if repossessed for a default; (3) To require, under certain conditions, a resale of the property if repossessed.


4. Late Fees and Default

  • Payments are late if received more than 10 days after the due date.
  • Late fee: The greater of $15 or 5% of the overdue amount (subject to legal limits).
  • If you default, Seller may repossess the goods after providing required notices under Maryland law and the Uniform Commercial Code (Title 9). You remain responsible for any deficiency balance after resale, plus reasonable costs.


5. General Terms

  • No Warranties Beyond Manufacturer: Goods are sold with any applicable manufacturer warranties only. Seller makes no additional warranties.
  • Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
  • Entire Agreement: This document, together with the sales receipt/invoice, constitutes the full agreement.
  • Assignment: Seller may assign or sell this agreement without notice.
  • Buyer Representations: You confirm the goods are for personal, family, or household use and that all information provided is true.
  • Maryland Consumer Protection Act: Any unfair or deceptive practices are prohibited. Violations may result in remedies under the Maryland Consumer Protection Act.
